Definition Help
The image below includes a legend to assist you with using the html data definitions. These data definitions were designed to allow you to quickly identify fields, segments and index files. The legend on the right corner of the image illustrates the function of each of the webdings text links within the data defintion. We have also included a description of what information prints for each segment since this is arranged differently than if you printed the data definition yourself.
Features:
The main segment list at the top of each page is bookmarked to take you directly to the segment you choose.
Webding text links will link you to the main segment list, the parent segment of a child segment, the index files of the DPM and bring you back to the DPM list of the application.
For fields which have a value in the DPM pointer, you can link directly to the data definition of the associated DPM (see field process.scrn on the image below). Also, when you link to associated DPM via the DPM pointer link, the associated DPM will be displayed in the same window. If you want to open a new window, right click on the link and choose the Open in New Window option.
Need to find a particular field? Use the Find (on the page) feature of your browser to quickly find a field on the page
Bookmarks and links will help you save time when searching for information
html versions will save you paper since you won't have to print your own and you can access them from any PC that has internet access!
